The investigation of parameters affecting Ibrutinib release from chitosan/ tripolyphosphate/carbon nanofiber composite microspheres

چکیده

This study described the performance of carbon nanofiber modified chitosan (CNF@CS) composite microspheres for controlled release Ibrutinib (IBR) drug. The surface morphology, particle sizes, and functional group contents were characterized by attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), scanning electron, optical microscopy measurements. obtained data demonstrated that addition CNF to microsphere increased encapsulation efficiency IBR while allowing gradual In terms drug rate, IBR@CS/TPP/CNF microspheres, achieving 83.09%, have most suitable formulation according comparative studies. Furthermore, Korsmeyer-Peppas kinetic model, mechanism was anomalous diffusion (swelling-controlled behavior diffusion.) because profile completed in 78 h under optimized conditions. Therefore, development based is a promising approach assure appropriate dosage, safety, improving efficacy.
